AEROSPACE ENGINEERING

Aerospace engineering is the branch of engineering behind the design, construction and science of aircraft and spacecraft. It is broken into two major and overlapping branches: aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering. The former deals with craft that stay within Earth's atmosphere, and the latter deals with craft that operates outside of Earth's atmosphere.

MARINE ENGINEERING

Marine engineering includes the engineering of boats, ships, and oil rigs and any other marine vessel or structure, as well as oceanographic engineering. Three quarters of the earth surface is surrounded by water and for that reason itself Marine engineering is a very exciting and challenging field for those who are passionate about sea and are fond of working

Eligibility :PCM 60%

The minimum height should be 150cms with correlated weight and proportionate chest with minimum 5-cm expansion. He should also pass a medical fitness test for sea service under standard norms and with eyesight 6/6 with no colour blindness.

PETROLEUM ENGINEERING

BE- NAVAL ARCHITECTURE AND SHIP DESIGNING

This course is formulated to obtain expertise in Naval Architecture and Ship Building Engineering so that on completion of the degree, the candidates are eligible to occupy Engineer/managerial positions in various Government and private Shipyards, Ship Design offices, Boatyards, Classification Societies, and Ship building contract companies within India and abroad

Eligibility :PCM 50% and min 50% in English

B.SC NAUTICAL SCIENCE
While marine engineering makes an individual a ship’s engineer, nautical science prepares a person to become a deck officer. After Nautical science student can join a ship as trainee cadet officer. After completing sufficient time at the sea and clearing required competency exams, promotion is given to the officer.

Eligibility: 60% PCM, 50% in English
