BASLP is a multidisciplinary one with core subjects of Speech pathology, Language pathology and Audiology. The allied subjects are linguistics, Electronics, Acoustics, Psychology and Statistics

Medical Laboratory Technology is an Allied Health specialty concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease through the use of clinical laboratory tests. Subjects studied under this degree are hematology, immunology, clinical pathology, blood banking technology, molecular pathology, biochemistry, microbiology and serology.
